|Donnel and Masked Marth|
I was really late on the Friday as I didn't arrive until about 6pm. Surprisingly no lineup at all this time which was a HUGE improvement from last years since I arrived at about the same time last year and didn't get in until 9pm. Friday was a test run for Marth since I hardly care for the Friday events, so I just ended up looking for friends and killing some time in the Sheridan. I did check out the artist alley and dealers room but I normally don't ever purchase anything in the dealers room due to overpricing and me buying almost all my anime related merchandise online. With Friday at an end, Marth suffered no damages at all.
Saturday is always the best day and most busiest. To my surprise, lots of people recognized Marth and showed lots of love for him/her l0l. I kind of felt naked this year due to not having a weapon and most of Marth's epic poses required the Falchion. I actually did get into making the Falchion but I overestimated myself and assumed I'd finish it in 3 days prior to convention and making it from scratch out of wood (PROTIP: DON'T DO SHIT LAST MINUTE LIKE I DO UNLESS YOU WANT MAXIMUM STRESS AND SUFFERING (・｀ヘ´・;). Anyways, I spent most of saturday outside for photos but I did stop by all around the TCC, Double Tree, and Sheridan to meet up with some friends and take breaks. I got to meet up with Carmen for awhile who is an amazing cosplayer. Here is a cosplay of her Rivaille from Shingeki no Kyojin which is absolutely flawless.

was really clean and detailed.

The Lon'qu who gave me it was really nice ( ・ω・)
I didn't attend many panels or events this day but I did attend the Fire Emblem photo shoot which was actually my very first photo shoot so I was somewhat confused half of the time. A Lon'qu cosplayer was also very kind enough to give me a free home made Fire Emblem: Awakening charm. Throughout the day I recognized many cosplayers from the previous years and was happy to see that some had recognized me as well. I also found it a bit hilarious that some people asked me if this costume was considered crossplay or not. One of MY BIGGEST FEAR that could happen at AN actually happened which involved someone talking to me about Fire Emblem: Awakening and their game experiences when I actually had not played the game at all. I felt a little bad for playing along until they let me say "sorry, I haven't played the game yet!" but they understood and was like OH SORRY （。-＿-。）.
Later in the night I attended the Jpop dance like I do every year and once again it was terrible for me. For those that know me, I am not shy when it comes to expressing my dance skills but only at that dance I don't ever feel like naturally dancing. I'm not too fond of Kpop either and I was a little disappointed when a majority of the songs were Kpop when it is called the "Jpop Dance Party". This year is LIKELY going to be my last going there unless I'm forced dragged as usual. Also be careful innocent ladies in cosplay looking to have a fun time at the dance because you will be targeted by masses of horn dogs wanting to get in your pantsu (꒪⌓꒪). Saturday ended with a few minor damages to Marth but they were all fixed within less than 30 minutes.
I didn't arrive on Sunday until 3pm which is late once again but I normally don't do much on Sunday other than last minute shopping, take pictures, and meet up with friends I didn't catch up with on the previous days. I did pick up an amazing Touhou print in the artist alley but I was a little clumsy and it actually fell out of the bag but NP no damages, couldve swore that some of the artists were laughing at me though ahahaha (.___.). I was looking for a few friends and was afraid I wouldn't find them in time but I was quite fortunate to bump into them. I was checking my phone when I heard a few girls calling out LUCINA when I turned around and it happened to be Sachie and Genie, so it was nice having them bump into me this year instead. I also got to catch up with Edgardo who is an awesome cosplayer and did an incredible Ran Yakumo.

amazing and interestingly enough they could function as pillows.
Overall, Anime North 2013 turned out much better than I had expected. The only things I regret doing is going late on both Friday and Sunday as I could've gotten a lot more done. I missed out on Eriko Nakamura's autograph as well as the "Touhou", "Fire Emblem", and "Tales of" Panels. As for Marth, I will be fixing up this bad boy and finishing up the Falchion, belts, and sheath so look forward to a more clean ver. in the future. I will include some of the few photos I took below but I didn't get many since I didn't want to have to go through my pockets every so often especially with people constantly requesting my photo.
